I missed to sit my online exam because of a technical issue

Hi there,

I had my online PL-600 exam (with Pearson VUE) scheduled for 14 Feb. I did all the registration requirements, accomplished all the required verification steps for the exam before it started. Just while I was taking the last photo from the back of my desk set up I poured water on my laptop and had to turn off the laptop just before the exam started. Because the laptop was soaked in water I could not sit my exam.

I'm wondering if it is possible to reschedule the exam for me, please.

Sorry to hear about the issue that you’ve encountered before taking your scheduled exam. 

For technical issue encountered during exam delivery / online proctored exam, please contact the testing directly.

If needed, the proctor will provide an incident report number to reference when following up with the Pearson VUE Customer Support.
