I need to link my old MCP Certifications

Hello Certification Support Team,

I have these ANCIENT Microsoft Certifications and I want to link them to Microsoft Learn.

Obviously, a lot has changed since - as the link below (which has been decommissioned) is how I used to share my certifications.

Please help me to link up these achieved certifications (if it's still relevant/accepted).

My email address where it was linked to is ********************

Awaiting your swift response
