I need to merge my two Microsoft accounts in one account as I have given one exam using different email ID

Hi Team,

I need your assistance to merge my two Microsoft accounts in one account as I have given one exam using different email ID.

My primary Microsoft Email ID is:

but recently I have given 1 exam AZ-103 using a different email Address:

I want to merge both of these accounts to reflect as one. Probably I will be comfortable if it gets merged with my YAHOO account as it holds all my previous MS Certifications.

My Microsoft Certification ID is:

The AZ-103 Exam that I took today using my GMAIL ID. The Candidate ID for this exam is: and Registration ID is showing as: .

Please help ,me merge both my accounts into one Microsoft Account preferably .

Hi Suhel,

 

I have successfully merged your two MC IDs and kept your preferred one.

 

Your duplicate profile has been created because you have used a different email address on your last exam registration.

 

To access your account, you may follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to the Microsoft Certification Migration page.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account (Windows Live ID) and password that you will link to your Microsoft Certification profile.

3. Once signed in, enter your account credentials (MC ID and Access Code): *sent through private message*

 

To view your private message, see image below:

 

 

 

After completing the steps, you will not be required to enter this information again since this is just a one-time process. You can login using your Microsoft account and password to Microsoft Certification Dashboard moving forward without getting any issues. In addition, please access your Microsoft Certification profile at least once every 12 months to keep your account active.

 

In addition, to avoid duplicate profiles/MC IDs, when registering for exams, please use the information (name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) as it appears on your current Microsoft Certification profile. This would ensure us that the exams will get updated under the correct existing profile.

 

I have also forwarded you a copy of your transcript to reference the changes and check if the exams and certificates are all reflecting on your MC ID.
