 Based on your inquiry, we understand you need to take the exam to receive the Intune Administrator Certificate. We are happy to help you.

If you are referring to the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate you can take the exam: Exam MD-102: Endpoint Administrator (beta) (Keep in mind that Exam MD-102: Endpoint Administrator (beta) has been launched recently and as per our exam policies, you might not receive an immediate result of it (As a matter of fact, if you’ve taken a beta exam, you’ll receive your score (and certificate if you passed) about 10 days after the exam becomes available worldwide or “goes live” -- approximately 10-12 weeks after the beta period begins).

Otherwise, if you want a certification for Microsoft Intune, currently there is no Certification for only Intune: however, we can suggest this page which instructs and adapts the certificates and skills that are best for your profile.  Learning Site.
