I never started my PL300 Exam

Hi

I tried to apply for PL300 certification exam, but an error of a srserver.exe appear every try, until the link did not allow me to try again.

The pc tests since I registered were ok without problems, until today.

Is there any chance of reschedule the exam due to this problem? I were in the exam the 30 min previous and talk with 2 or 3 support persons, but anything works. If there is a chance I would use one of the centers for apply it, instead another pc.
