Hi Quiana.
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community.
Please note that our Microsoft credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credential records. As a result of this work, we are unable to temporarily populate certifications earned by Certiport in Microsoft Learn profiles or combine, link, and migrate content in Certiport and Microsoft Learn profiles. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which point your Learn record will reflect all of your Microsoft certification activity.
In the meantime, keep in mind that you can still manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account, where you can view, download, and share your Certiport certificates and transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Also please note that Microsoft has ended their partnership with Credly on June 30,2024. This means that the badging services provided by Credly no longer apply for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.
Your Microsoft Certifications on Credly will no longer be kept current or updated as you pass renewal exams or earn new Microsoft Certifications.
In this case, what you can do is share your certification or transcript on Certiport is:
Log in to your Certiport profile, change your role to Trial Candidate, and click on the "My Transcript" tab.
Here you can view your score reports or print online copies of the certificates obtained by clicking on the "PDF" links (only certificates that Certiport complies with can be printed).
For additional information about transcripts and certificates, please read Using your Test Candidate profile :: Certiport Authorized Test Centers (CATCs) :: Certiport (pearsonvue.com)

Please let us know if you have any other questions, or if the assistance provided resolved your request, please indicate "Yes" to the question below and we will proceed to close this thread. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and blocked within the next two business days.
I wish you all the best!
