I passed MB-910 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals via PearsonVUE, but have receieved no confirmation email nor can i see it on credentials section of mirosoft learn?

I took and passed MB-910 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals via PearsonVUE, after completing i was given a score I think 826, next it asked me to complete survey of my experience , then after that I've received nothing! no confirmation email of passing the exam, no credential on my learn account, I feel annoyed as i paid for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated, When I booked exam it was all though PearsonVue but contacting them after exam they told me they only handle delivery of exams and not the certificate.

We understand that you passed Exam MB-910 but you have not received your Certificate. We will gladly assist.

 

If you remember any other emails that may have been used to start / complete exam registrations in the past, we suggest using those emails to access MS Learn and check if your information is visible.

 

See below some tips to retrieve other unexpected emails:

 

  • Check your browser navigation history and your saved passwords

  • Check all possible emails.

 

To access the Profile, follow these steps:

 

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  2. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  3. Sign in to Microsoft Learn.

  4. Log in from all the emails you may have used during the registration process.

Okay thanks I realised it was on my work email adress, which is a bit strange as I used my home one while booking the exam. Thanks for the help and answer
