I passed my exam but Unable to see my exam. Please solve my case on high Priority.

Here i mentioned all details of my certifate that i do so please humble request to take action and release my certificate in this email so i ca get my certificate, I don`t know that where is my certificate and unable to download.

    i take exam by using this email address as well showing in my history that i passed the exam. so its very important certificate and my job is on steak because of this exam.
    kindly resolve my this issue as soon as possible, i registered this exam from third party and i really dont which email you are asking because i receive email.
