I passed the MOS: Excel Associate (Office *removed*), My certification reflects in Certiport and in Credly. However, I can't see it in my MS Learn. I need it reflected in my transcript.

I passed Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Office *removed*) wayback, I remember receiving an email notification in my personal email from Credly after I passed the exam.

Now, I was looking at my Microsoft Learn account to get my transcript since my company requires this link from the Microsoft Learn to verify my certification. However, per checking the certification did not reflect in my transcript at all. I can see the certification in my Certiport account and in Credly, but not in my Microsoft Learn account.

Can anyone assist with this?

I need that certification reflected in my transcript in Microsoft Learn account.

Hello GABGDX!

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you wish to merge your Certification form Certiport in your Microsoft Learn profile. We will be happy to help you.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

We require informing you that on this Forum channel we only provide support for the Microsoft Certification platform inquiries. Our access to the Certiport platform is limited.

However, we cordially invite you to connect with the Certiport support team by checking the link below:

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to share the following link with instructions on how you can access and print your Certiport Credentials:

We are looking forward to your response. If we do not receive a response, we will move forward to close and lock the Thread and private message within one business day.

We will be providing a response after the next business day.

So, in short you are confirming it is not possible? With this, I'd like to ask:

1. Seems this issue has been around for several years now. When can we expect for the "overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records" to be resolved? since some of us needs to connect our certifications to company portal, but they will only approve if they can see it in the transcript in Microsoft Learn.

2. Are there clear steps on how to do this? I have used the same email and profile details linked to my Microsoft account on certiport. Same email but different MCID. I can see my certifications in Certiport but these are not shown on my Microsoft account dashboard.

Hello GABGDX!

Thank you for your response.

In response to your questions, firstly, our integration with the Certiport platform is still under review. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for when the integration will be completed. Additionally, we would like to inform you that if your certificate was completed through the Certiport platform, it will only be visible on that platform.

We are looking forward to your response. If we do not receive a response, we will move forward to close and lock the Thread and private message within one business day.

If the information we shared was helpful, please let us know by choosing “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of the thread. This will let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve it.
