I payed for a Certification Exam although I shouldn't have paid for it. How can I get a refund

Hello,

I'm [removed], employee @ Avanade (Microsoft Global Alliance SI Partner) and I took the certification exam for DA-100. Normally we shouldn't be paying for it and I also claimed it multiple times on the pearson vue portal.

Given the fact I'm new @ Avanade I thought I was going through the correct process by paying via AMEX but now they let me know that it should've been free and I shouldn't have paid for it.

Can someone help me how I can get a refund or how we can make sure that the 165 euros is not taken from my AMEX?

I already contacted PearsonVue and they let me know that it could be possible by providing a voucher with the amount of 165 euros.
