I scheduled for AZ 104 exam but I do not see it in the dashboard

I could not find my exam schduled in Pearson Vue Dashboard. 

I would like to reschedule it but not able to do it.  Please assist.

Regarding your request to reschedule the exam, our apologies as we do not have the option to modify your exam as this can only be done by the exam provider.

 

That being said, please contact Pearson Vue for assistance in rescheduling your exam. You may reach their support at:

 Also, using the details you provided, I found out that a duplicate profile has been created and this is the reason why you are unable to see your exam appointment. You are currently signed in to the duplicate account.

 

I have provided the detail in the private message for your reference.

 

Meanwhile, you can still launch your exam by clicking the “check in to start exam” link that can be found in the exam registration email.

 

Once the exam has been posted, let us know by posting a new question so we can merge your profiles.
