I took AZ-900 and DP-900 via Certiport and I am not able to see my official certificate on Microsoft account. Also, I am not able to find my certification number/credentials.

Hi team,

I took AZ-900 on *Removed* and scheduled the exam via certiport because my certification profile on microsoft account was not working. On clearing the exam I got badges via Credly.com but I can't find my official microsoft certificate anywhere. Neither I can find my certification credentials/number.

Same happened for DP-900 that I took on *Removed*

Can your team please help me locating my certificates as well as connecting my certification profile with microsoft account?

Hi Neha Agrawal1!

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft’s Community.

As we understand, you are unable to access your Certiport Certifications. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.

We would like to inform you that our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records.

As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity. This means that we are also unable to provide support to Certiport certifications as we do not have access to them.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience

You can access your Certificates through the Certiport platform by following the steps below:

  1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select the "Reports" tab.

  3. Click "Print Certificates."

  4. Select the program that you wish to print from the drop-down box or select "Any Program."

  5. Select the date range, you may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click "Search."

  6. All available certificates will be displayed. Check the box for the exams you wish to print and click "Print Certificates."

  7. Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate.

If you run into any trouble accessing your Certifications, we invite you to reach out to the Certiport support team by visiting: Customer service test candidates :: Support :: Certiport.

If you require further assistance regarding your Certification Profile, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower-right corner of this post.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one business day.

Kind regards,

Sebastian Florez.
