I took the training course Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure (Course 20764) , What is the exam code of the certification should I take?

That is an old course, the course and exam were retired several years ago. That course and exam was concerning on-premises SQL Server.

The replacement course and exam for Azure SQL is DP-300

 You earn the certificate by passing exam Exam DP-300: Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions.
