I unable to renew my Azure AI-102 certification which got expired on >removed< due to some medical emergency.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I need an renewal extension on my Microsoft Azure AI-102, as it got expired as I got engaged in taking care of my father who was critical ill due to which I was unable to renew before duration.
