I want to add my Microsoft Personal account to Microsoft certification ID

Hello,

I just recently passed my PL900 exam, but I can't see my certificate on my personal. What I noticed was that my Microsoft certification ID what I got in the email was different then on my personal ID sign-in I have with Microsoft.

And I created a different account now, which doesn't have my Microsoft certification ID connected.

So, do I change my Microsoft certification ID on my personal account which I got the email about the Pass on my exam or connect my Microsoft certification ID to new account I created?

Can someone help me with the process, I went through doc online, but it is quite confusing.

Thank you,
