I want to make a career change to Data Scientist which courses do I take and can I take them with my personal account?

I want to start with Data Analyst courses and then move over to Data Scientist courses. I have started with https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/collections/m14nt4rdwnwp04 and I am stuck on "Get started building with Power BI" since I can't use my personal account and the Power BI service.

What can I do? I'd really like to take your courses and make my career change.
