I want to remove my personal certification account from the work account (Employer)

Hi Team,

I want to remove my personal certification account from the work account (Employer). Please suggest how to make it.

Hello, Manoranjan!

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you want to change the personal account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile to align your account under your personal e-mail address and move the certificate from your work account. We will be happy to help you.

To provide you with further assistance, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile in order to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

Hello, Manoranjan!

We would like to thank you for the information you kindly provided over direct communication.

After verifying the information, we found a duplicity of profiles under your name. We have retrieved the information of both accounts.

We will proceed with merging your profiles into a single account. We would like to ask you which MCID you want to keep as primary. Please find the details of your MCIDs via Private Message.

We are looking forward to your information. If no response is received within two business days, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.

Best regards,
