I want to retake my micro soft azure 104 exam

I want to retake my exam because while Iam writing my micro soft azure 104 exam Iam not being well this is my certification id : ***Removed*** so in the exam circumstances Iam willing with headache and fever so I could not supposed to write this exam So can you retake the exam so please consider this Iam requesting you to retake my exam

I acknowledge your desire to retake your exam at a later date due to your personal health issue. Allow me to provide you with a recommendation and further assistance on your concern.


As per our 
Exam Retake Policy, payment will be applied for any retake, since this will be considered as new registration and if ever you utilized a voucher, it depends on its terms and conditions if it's a one-time use only.

Please note that if you didn't get the required passing score the first time, you must wait 24 hours before taking the exam again, and if still unsuccessful, there is a 14-day waiting period between all subsequent attempts (up to 5). Moreover, if you fail the exam five times, you will be able to repeat it 12 months after your first attempt.

Additionally, I would also like to recommend purchasing Exam Replay Offer prior to taking the exam, and a retake will be free.

Normally for issues occurred before, during or after an exam, we recommend our test takers to contact Pearson Vue Support immediately, so Pearson VUE can investigate what happened and provide options available for you. Please know that they are the ones who can access and modify your exam.

Should you need further assistance after contacting them, please send us the case ID or the incident ticket created for you along with the information requested in the private message I initiated to locate and verify the account.

Once we have the requested information, we’ll reach out to our Support team for investigation.
