I wante to plan my exam with Certiport rather than Pearson Vue

Hello,

As I already experienced a lot of communication concerns with Pearson View because of my insufficient English level, I would Like to plan my exam "Examen MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals" that I got for free after on online training with Microsoft this week, with Certiport that offers the french linguistic support and with which I already succeed with many exams.

The problem, is when I try to register for the exam in "https://www.certiport.com", I don't get any option to take the exam online and complete the whole registration process. I can't see anywhere in the Certiport Website a field to enter my email associated to the exam.

Ca you help me please to register with Certiport and take my free exam "Examen MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals" ?
