Hi Sourav,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.
I understand how disheartening this experience must have been, especially given your clear intent to follow the exam rules. Allow me to share some additional information regarding your request.
To assist you properly, please provide the necessary details for account verification. This will help us confirm if you're an active ESI learner, as the ESI Support Team handles concerns for candidates affiliated with ESI that utilizes a company discount. If this applies to you, I’ve sent their contact information via private message. Once you’ve reached out to them, kindly share the case number via private message so I can help ensure you receive timely follow-up.
If the hyperlink provided doesn't work, kindly locate the private message icon as shown below:

In the meantime, if your organization is not affiliated with ESI, please note that for any support related to your account status, you should contact mlsecure@microsoft.com directly. Their team is best positioned to investigate the issue and provide further details regarding the duration of your exam ban, as well as assess any requests to have it lifted or reduce the ban to 2-3 weeks.
In line with our Exam and assessment security policies, Julian is correct that candidates do have the right to appeal only within 14 calendar days from the date they receive the notice. We understand that this process can feel a bit overwhelming, and we want to make sure everyone has a fair chance to be heard. The Microsoft Worldwide Learning Security Team takes each case seriously and will carefully investigate before sharing their final decision directly with you.
I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.
Warmly,
