Hello JasonDrew2000,

I found your accounts and it shows that the duplicate profile was created because you have set up new account using different email address.

Good news is I successfully merged the duplicate MCID to the preferred one.

Moving forward, please use the same information (email address, name format, home address, phone number and etc.) in scheduling a new exam to avoid duplicate profiles.

To gain back access on your profile with the preferred Microsoft Account, please follow the migration steps below:

1. Please open an Internet Explorer and visit the Microsoft Certification Profile.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account (Preferred email) and password that you would like to link with your Microsoft Certification Profile.
(Note: If you receive an error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist.” just choose "
Create one!")
3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID to have your Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft Certification record.

Note: MC ID and Access code are provided through the private message.

Once you have completed this process, you will not be required to enter this information again and can login using the preferred Microsoft account and password moving forward.

For your reference, I have sent a copy of your transcript on a separate email.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

All the best,
