I would like to merge my new Microsoft Certfication ID with my old Microsoft Certification ID

I took an exam *removed* and saw that I was issued a new Microsoft Certification ID. How do I get this exam on the same ID as the old exams? Currently if I check my transcript in Microsoft Learn is showing the tests under the old Cert ID only.

Hi Jimmy,

I wasn't successful in figuring out the correct account to view the private message so I created a new topic last night and received a private message for that one. I've submitted my personal information back to that private message and I'm hopeful that the action will get resolved.

Thanks again.
