I would like to reschedule my upcoming exam to an in-person exam at a test centre

Hello,

I would like to reschedule my upcoming exam to an in-person exam at a test centre. I previously had technical issues with another online exam which was canceled by Pearson. Then I had to schedule it to an in-person exam but my  discount voucher dissapeared. I had to contact support in order for the voucher to apprear again in my profile so that I could reschedule the exam.

How can I reschedule the upcoming exam and keep the discount voucher?

I look forward to a quick response because I would like to sit for the exam on May 7th.

Hi Simona,

 

To change the mode of exam to testing centers, the exam needs to be cancelled first.

 

If the exam will be cancelled within the Exam reschedule and cancellation policy, the discount should be reinstated to your profile after 36 hours if this is voucherless discount.

 

You may also try to re-link/redeem by entering the associated email through the Exam discount page.

 

In the event that the discount is not showing, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until it shows no discount/voucher along with the information needed to verify your profile and attach it via private message. Please also include the confirmation email if you have attended an event.

We would like to confirm if you were able to cancel the exam or you may also contact the exam provider to check if this can be change without cancelling the exam.
