I wrote the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator on ************* and passed but I still cannot view my certificate/badge on both credly and Microsoft Learn profile, please assist.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you passed the MS-102 Exam, but you unable to locate your Certification on your Learn Profile.

Regarding your request, please keep in mind that passing only the MS-102 Exams does not issue any Certificate, as this is one half of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification.

At the same time, for you to achieve the desired Certification, you will need to complete the following requirements:

1. One Exam:

• Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator

2. One of the following Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Requires passing the MD-102 Exam)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (Requires passing the MS-203 Exam)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (Requires passing the MS-700 Exam)

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (Requires passing the SC-300 Exam)

• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (Requires passing the SC-400 Exam)
