Iam having candidate ID and registration I'D of my certification how can I find my other details and certification

I have completed my AZ 104 exam on************************************ iam having Candidate ID and Registration ID, I got mails from pearsonVUE on **************************, I logged in with **************** but unable to find data of my exam below are the details please help me to get my exam renewed as the last day is *********
