Ignite 2020 chalenge voucher Disaper

Hi

My 2020 ignite Chalenge voucher disaper, i belive that the end date was mars 31, but with this lockout I was unable to do it.

Can someone help me on this?

You may follow the troubleshooting steps below that may resolved the issue:

1. Use Edge Chromium (Edge 88.0) or Google Chrome (version 88.0).

2. Clear your cached data and cookies.

3. Allow all third-party cookies through your site permission settings.

4. Use InPrivate or Incognito browsing modes.

Then try again to reschedule your exam.

Furthermore, if the exam discount is no longer linked to your email address, please try to redeem/re-link by entering the registered email address you have used in the event on the Exam discount page and click “Claim.” Or, follow the steps on How to claim your free exam page.

If same issue persist, please send us a step by step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) starting from the steps above and until you received the error message.

 

You may upload your PSR through the private message I initiated along with the requested information.

If you could also include the email confirmation that you have received which confirms your exam voucher, that would be of great help.

Hello there,

I also have this same issue.  I am attempting to schedule the AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification exam, however the scheduling page states that I have no exam discounts available.  As it is still March 2021, I am not sure why this issue is here.  I also have a confirmation email from attending the Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge 2020.  Can you please contact me with how to resolve this?  I was quite looking forward to this exam!

I have the same issue and today is the last date. why should we do all those cookie clear and site permission. can't you fix a small issue on your website?

Kindly provide to us the actual conformation email you received from the event. To save an Outlook message as a file on your computer, please follow the steps below:

1. Double-click to open the message you want to save, and on the File menu, click Save As.

2. In the Save as dialog box, in the Folder pane, choose a folder, and then the location in that selected folder where you want to save the file.

3. In the File name box, type a name for the file.

4. In the Save as type list, accept the default type, or choose another file type in the list.
