Hi, I'm trying to schedule a Microsoft certification exam through Pearson VUE, but I’m encountering a VUE-WIDE-BLOCK error.

I've verified that my Microsoft and Pearson VUE profiles are complete and match in terms of name, email, and region.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or let me know if additional verification is needed?
