Impossible to reschedule Microsoft Azure Exam

Hi there, I booked an exam for the 6th if December (Microsot Azure Fundamentals) and I'd like to postpone it to the 20th of december, but when I log into my profil and I go under "Challenges" to do so, I can't see the appoitment.

I can sense how urgent it is for you to reschedule your exam, but you were unable to as you cannot see your exam appointments on your dashboard. As I know how important this is, allow me to provide you with further information so I can assist you effectively.

@teriaavibes, we appreciate your insights into this matter. Please be sure to reschedule an exam appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam or your fee will be forfeited. If you used a company-purchased voucher, the voucher will be forfeited. Kindly see the steps provided below on how you can reschedule your exam.

  1. Log in to your Learn profile and choose "Profile" from the dropdown menu in the photo avatar.

  2. Select "Credentials" in the profile menu.

  3. Scroll to the exam appointment you wish to reschedule and choose the Reschedule link.

  4. Once done, you will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel or reschedule your exam.

If the issue persists, kindly provide us with a complete step-by-step PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) screenshot that details each step you took until you see the issue notice. Kindly upload the PSR file through the private message I have initiated along with the requested information to locate and verify your profile.

Meanwhile, if you need urgent assistance with rescheduling your exams, I highly recommend reaching out to Pearson Vue as they have direct access to your exam appointments. If ever you scheduled the exam with company discount applied to it, the best team to seek assistance with is our ESI Support Team, as they handle company discounts and coordinate with Pearson VUE about your scheduled exam. (They typically respond within 3-5 business days)

Note: In line with Reschedule and cancellation, please know that it must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, or the fee will be forfeited.
