Incorrect exam voucher applied to account

Only the Pearson VUE or the exam provider has the option to modify the scheduled exam. However, since you want to replace the current appointment into another exam, the option that we have here is to have it cancelled, then after 36 hours, to reschedule the correct exam.

The voucher less discount will only be reactivated after that time frame.

To proceed, please contact Pearson VUE Support directly or sign in to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. Once signed in, choose on Pearson VUE under Exam Providers tile.
