As we understand from your post, you want to renew your Microsoft Certification, but you cannot take the renewal assessment.
To identify which certifications are available for you to renew, visit your Certification Dashboard and identify which expiration dates are coming up.
Ensure your Certification Profile is connected to your Microsoft Learn | Microsoft Docs profile. (If you want to know how to do it, please refer to aligning accounts between Certification Profile and Learn Profile)
As soon as you are eligible to renew, you will receive an email notification directing you to the assessment that will be available on Microsoft Learn (make sure to check the SPAM/ junk folder), or you can search from the Renewal site for each certification with the Search tool.

To assist you with the resolution of your request, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation, you can do this with the instructions below:

It is necessary that you start to record before the Troubleshooting steps so we can confirm that you meet all requirements for further support.
Know that the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings.
To protect your data, send the information over the Private Message and once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates about your case.
