Is it possible to change Offline exam to Online exam ?

Hello Team,

Due to Covid lockdown in my city, I am not sure if I will be able to attend scheduled Offline exam.

Can we change the Offline exam to Online exam after booking the Offline slot ?

Please help.

Yes, it is possible to switch from a test center appointment to an online appointment, you must first cancel your test center appointment and reschedule your exam 24 to 30 hours after the original exam appointment by selecting the online proctoring option as the test delivery experience.

 

You may follow the steps below to reschedule or cancel an exam appointment:

 

  1. Log in to your Certification Dashboard.

  2. In the “Appointments” section, find the appointment that you would like to cancel or reschedule.

  3. Select the “Cancel/Reschedule”.

  4. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel or reschedule your exam.

You may also check the about online exams with Pearson VUE or about online exams with PSI page before you register for an online exam.
