I am planning for PL900. Ideally you would link personal and work IDs and get 50% discount but here I am not able to find an option to link both the IDs. Can anyone please help here? Thanks

I understand that the process of linking your personal and work IDs can be challenging and I can see how important it is for you to get the discount as this gives you a reduced cost of PL-900 exam. Allow me to provide the necessary information for your concern.
For me to verify your account, please provide the following information we kindly ask through the private message I initiated.
If in any case that your organization/company is affiliated with Microsoft through the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI), for immediate assistance in linking your work email with your personal account, it is best to reach out to the ESI Support Team as they are the specialized team in handling the concerns of ESI learners. Rest assured, they'll be full focused on your concern until all is resolved. I have provided their contact information through the private message I initiated.
Meanwhile there's a new process in linking your personal and work email as of the update Microsoft has made last July 8, 2024, for you to link your work email to your personal Learn account, you can also follow the steps below for you to be guided (also includes troubleshooting steps to ensure there will be no browser issue):
Refresh your browser and make sure you have the updated one and clear the browser cache and cookies.
Open an InPrivate or Incognito browser tab and accept and allow all third-party cookies.
Log in to your Learn profile and select your Profile icon then go to Settings.
Scroll to Account Management then select Add Account.
Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to link.
Once done, you can try again to schedule PL-900 exam and see if the ESI discount is now reflected on the checkout page (once you get redirected to Pearson VUE's website)
