Issue persists - Still receiving email to to my work email and not my personal email

Hello,

I have been a support case where I thought my issue was resolved. See this thread:

Now, this morning I receive two email from certifications.microsoft.com on my work email that the above thread had deleted so I only would receive notifications etc on my personal email. There is no where on the profile site that indicates that my work email is attached to my MCID.

Please advice, why am I receiving certification emails on my work email and how do I change this?

Subject of the emails received:

MCP Member Site registration confirmation

2.

Important and Time-Sensitive: MCP Member site access information enclosed - please do not delete.

After verifying your profile, we would like to inform you that your Certification profile and MS Learn are both under the email address: Private Messages - Microsoft Community, as expected. Also please note that we have limited access to MS Learn and we did not find any information with the email address: Private Messages.

In this case, please check this website where you will find the guidelines to know How to link or unlink a Microsoft Certification profile ID (MCID) to a Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) account. To remove your work account.
