I have been a support case where I thought my issue was resolved. See this thread:
Now, this morning I receive two email from certifications.microsoft.com on my work email that the above thread had deleted so I only would receive notifications etc on my personal email. There is no where on the profile site that indicates that my work email is attached to my MCID.
Please advice, why am I receiving certification emails on my work email and how do I change this?
