Hello, I have an ID that is valid in France, but shows as expired. In the pearson vue site, there is no context, it's only written to have a valid ID, but they didn't accept mine. Which country laws am I supposed to abide by? A quick research shows that the French government has extended the expiration from 10 years to 15. I even provide an official document (http://media.interieur.gouv.fr/interieur/cni-15ans/document-a-telecharger-royaumeuni.pdf). The document is actually for traveling to UK, but there was no document dedicated to convince some dude during an exam taken at home sadly. By all mean, my ID is still valid for 4 years. It's an honest mistake, so is there a way to get a voucher back now that I know that the French law is nothing in front of pearson vue? I can pay 100euros to get a passport within a 2month delay even if it is useless since I won't travel, but at least it should work for them.
I asked the guy to wait in order to take the support ticket number, he says OK and canceled the call so I can't even contact their support.
