Issue with Id during exam

Hello, I have an ID that is valid in France, but shows as expired. In the pearson vue site, there is no context, it's only written to have a valid ID, but they didn't accept mine. Which country laws am I supposed to abide by? A quick research shows that the French government has extended the expiration from 10 years to 15. I even provide an official document (http://media.interieur.gouv.fr/interieur/cni-15ans/document-a-telecharger-royaumeuni.pdf). The document is actually for traveling to UK, but there was no document dedicated to convince some dude during an exam taken at home sadly. By all mean, my ID is still valid for 4 years. It's an honest mistake, so is there a way to get a voucher back now that I know that the French law is nothing in front of pearson vue? I can pay 100euros to get a passport within a 2month delay even if it is useless since I won't travel, but at least it should work for them.

I asked the guy to wait in order to take the support ticket number, he says OK and canceled the call so I can't even contact their support.

Hello AMELIRémi,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I know that you already invested your time and effort to take your certification exam. Let me guide and extend my assistance to address your concern.

Upon checking the Pearson VUE ID Polic, expired forms of ID are not acceptable, unless it is accompanied by valid renewal papers.

With this, please know that once the exam got missed due to your situation it will be tagged as no show and rescheduling will result in a regular fee.

For this, it is recommended to reach out directly Pearson VUE support as they can provide you options with regards to your exam. If in any case you already have the copy of the Case ID number that was provided by their support, kindly provide it to the private message along with the requested information so I can have your case forwarded to our Support Team and follow up.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

Hello and thank you for your reply, like I said the call got canceled before I could write the case Id, and it's difficult to get support without it.

My ID is not expired since the French government extended all Id issued before 2013 by another 5years. It is difficult, maybe even impossible to renew, unless I declare it stolen or lost (and pay a fee). Nevertheless, i was expecting more professionalism from pearson vue. Not letting me write down the case Id nor being able to escalate the issue. I was here to learn, and I did. I won't take exams with this third party any more. Lost some money but learn a valuable lesson.
