I've completed learning paths but my account is still not alpha

Hey guys I'm a new MLSA and I have completed two learning paths to become Alpha ambassador but the thing is I haven't received any email nor badge on my MLSA profile and it's been 3 days while normally what I know is it just takes 24 hours to receive it. So can anyone guide me what's the mistake I possibly made while completing my learning paths or guide me over what I should do.
