Hello Harshavardhan.
Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.
As we understand, you are missing a Certiport Certification here on MS Learn and the badge.
Please be advised the our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge and migrate Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.
In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
To have access to your Transcript on Certiport please follow the below steps on Certiport (pearsonvue.com).
Log in, change your role to Trial Candidate, and click on the "My Transcript" tab.
Here you can view your score reports or print online copies of the certificates earned by clicking on the "PDF" links (only certificates that Certiport complies with can be printed).
For additional information about transcripts and certificates, read the Using your test candidate profile page.
Also please note that Microsoft has ended its partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badge services provided by Credly no longer apply to most Microsoft certifications (except for certificates earned through Certiport). Our new scheme has changed from "Badge Sharing Based" to a "Shared Certification Based" scheme.
Your Microsoft certifications on Credly will no longer be kept current or up-to-date as you pass renewal exams or earn new Microsoft certifications.
To review the new certificate sharing system, we invite you to visit the following website:
