The same problem for me as well, I've passed AZ-104, and the Pearson VUE exam statuis still "Purchased",
even yesterday, there was an error in the Pearson VUE during the Check-in and they said, something wrong happened, I opened a case but till now no one replied and I lost the exam payment due to their error, and their customer service is the worst ever, they don't reply at all.
