As we understand, you are unable to Login to Certiport. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.
Please be aware that these threads are managed in English, which is why from now on, communications will be sent in said language.
We would like to inform you that our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records.
As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity. This means that we are also unable to provide support to Certiport certifications as we do not have access to them.
In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience
If you run into any trouble accessing your Certifications, we invite you to reach out to the Certiport support team by visiting: Customer service test candidates :: Support :: Certiport.
If you require further assistance regarding your Certification Profile, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
