Legal Name Change

I've been asked to update my Legal Name on my Microsoft profile as per the following conversation with Microsoft support team as follows:

Conversation with Support Team

So as per their finding and as I understand from that conversation, the fist name should not exceeds 30 Character's but mine I have 44 character's including spaces. But I used this for I don't know how many years and had no issues at all.

I think when I sign in there was only First and Last name text boxes only in Microsoft and that should be the reason I didn't separate it to First name and Middle name. I may be wrong but sorry I can't remember.

But I can guarantee that I didn't do any changes to my name, and it was like that until now and I never had any issues with Microsoft or connecting to Pearson Vue from Microsoft before Microsoft added the new page that asks contact details when trying to connect to Pearson Vue from Microsoft. I'm pretty sure they have added this new page like month or two ago, not that far long.

When trying to change it in my profile it gives me following message that asks me to contact this forum.

So basically I have not changed my legal name but just trying to separate "First name" in to parts "First Name", "Middle Name" and put to fit to new Microsoft rules.

Could Anyone please look in to this and do it for me or let me know how to proceed please.

Thanks
