Link my old certification profile to my new learning profile

Hello,

I hope someone can help as this process has been extremely confusing.

I want my new learning profile to show the certifications I already have.

I would like to link my current learning profile (***removed***) with my certification profile (***removed***)

I had to delete my learning profile for ***removed*** as I didn't want to use that E-mail address anymore and it didn't let me add more than one personal account. I did not know that submitting a ticket for it was an option and it's too late as the profile is deleted.

So in conclusion, I would like my learning profile (***removed***) to show the certifications and tests I have previously taken.

Thank you!

Answer

Hello Brian.

Thank you for your collaboration.

Please know that we were able to locate your Profile and we have temporarily unlinked the email address from your account. Migrating will help you access using your preferred personal email so you can connect it to MS Learn.

To continue with this process, please follow these steps:

  1. Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

  2. Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

  3. Access with the personal email provided over Private Message.

  4. If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.

  5. After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard.

  6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate.

  7. After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, please fill in the fields with the following information:

    -         MCID:

    -         Access Code:
