link old mcpid with new learn mcid

I have successfully consolidated the two accounts into your new MC ID.

In order to access your exams and certifications with your preferred email address, please follow the instructions provided below:

1. Please open an Internet Explorer and visit the Microsoft Certification Profile.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account (Preferred email) and password that you would like to link with your Microsoft Certification Profile.
(Note: If you receive an error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist.” just choose "Create one!")
3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID to have your Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft Certification record.

Note: MC ID and Access code are provided through the private message.

I also attach your updated transcript as your reference.
