Linking MS ID with Microsoft Account

Team,

I appeared for the exam AZ-900 using the Certiport on 23/10/2019 , the MS Id created for the same is : [removed], and the email id associated with this is [removed].

I was trying to access the certification through the Microsoft learning portal , so I created a new account using the Id , [removed] , thinking that it will link my existing MS Id with this account , but surprisingly it created a new MS Id for me as [removed].

Now , I am not sure how to view the certifications and the transcript.

Request you to please link my MS ID [removed] with my account Id ,  [removed]

Thanks

Munish
