Linking old Prometric Microsoft Certifications to my account

Hello

I have some old Prometric Microsoft Certifications (Microsoft SQL Server 2005 MCTS and MCITP) that I did back in *****, through ********** which aren't linked to my account. I know they're very old now but is there a way I can link these?
I'm being asked for proof that I've done these and, although I have some JPG images of the hard-copy certifications, I'm being asked to provide links to transcripts. How can I add these into my profile?

Thanks

Regards
