looking up and linking old Microsoft MCP/MSCE certifications

Good day!

I am trying to find and possibly link to my (current dashboard) previous MSCE - Win95 and MCP - Windows XP certifications. I don't remember the email addresses used when becoming certified. I am going to recertify on current product and would like my profile to reflect my long history of providing Microsoft support. How do I accomplish this?

Hello, Eric.

We understand that you are unable to access your old certification account.

In this case, to have access to your account we recommend you to use the following option: Recover your account

In there you will be able to access your account with your Email, phone, or Skype name.
