Lost access to mcp profile and transcript

I have MCP profile added to my company. The certifications are visible under my company. I tried to login to mcp.microsoft.com with my account ( to test I login with the work account and personal account) but in each cases the login process was in the loop and I have only option to register. Finally after registration I can login but there is 0 result on this account. The portal was accessible for me before, I can register for the exams but I can't access to the profile, results and transcript. I can sand the MCP ID and the rest needed info in the private message.

Please keep in mind that to see your Certifications and Transcript, your profile must be connected to Learn: Connect a certification profile to Learn | Microsoft Docs. Remember that Microsoft has merged the legacy Certification Dashboard with the new MS Learn platform, and the appearance of profiles has changed

If after connecting your profile you are still unable to access your achievements, we need you to please provide us with a new PSR where we can evidence it. Make sure to click on Certifications and Transcript.
