Lost access to my certification and transcripts.

Hello,

My Microsoft certificates go way back. But I would like to regain access to my transcripts page.
However I don't remember the email I used to login. Could you help me regain access to my transcripts/certification page?

Hello, Steven!

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you need help with retrieving access to your Learn Profile, so you can reach your certifications since you don't have the e-mail address of the account. We are happy to help you!

Note: With the changes implemented in our site, our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles or attempt any actions/processes on any profile, such as contact email address or email used to access their profiles.

This includes any assistance related to account recovery, which is assisted by the Microsoft Accounts respective support channels.

Considering this, we recommend that you recover any emails from the past that may have been associated with your certifications or exams, and log into MS Learn with such emails.

With this information provided, to locate your previously achieved Certifications, we advise following these steps using all the Microsoft accounts you may have associated with your Certification Profile in the past.

For further information, please refer to the section What should I do if I lost access to my Learn profile? in the Profile tab, and the full article in the Credentials tab from the page below (reference image below):

Since no migrations can be completed from our end, we are unable to directly assist you which is why you may attempt to recover access to your account: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support / Recover your account (live.com).

We hope this is useful to you, if there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to stay connected with us.

If no additional assistance is required, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.

Hello Tatiana,

I am not able to recover access to my transcripts page. I don't remember which account was linked to it and all the accounts that might give access are inaccessible. My certificates go back to *removed*, for as far as I remember the infrastructure of the learn environment was totally different from what it is now.

I do still have some paper versions of the certificates, giving:

  • Candidate name

  • Candidate ID

  • Site ID

  • Registration#

  • Validation#

Could you do anything with that?

Best regards,
