Lost my learning progress.

After I had not extended my free Azure trial to a pay-as-you-go subscription, and all my data on Azure were deleted, which resulted in that my learning account on https://learn.microsoft.com/ also lost all the data. Is it as expected? I lost all the history of taken training courses, achieved levels and received badges and trophies. After logging in to my old leaning account, I received a greeting e-mail from Microsoft Learn as if I'm starting from scratch. Can I restore the data on my learning account?

Please note that our support team has limited access to the MS Learn training platform, as we only assist on Certification profiles related inquiries.

The Microsoft Certification Program handles inquiry related to Microsoft Certification profile, certificates and exams that are being taken from the Learning Site and has different platform from MS Learn who help with courses, modules, and labs for an exam.
