Lost my Microsoft ID and all my Certification Badges related to

Hello Support,

Last year I got a Microsoft Certificate MCSA: Windows Server 2012 and due to the some technical issues with my regular Microsoft account, I was obligated to open a new temporarily Microsoft account where I received all messages with Certification Badges and the exam results as well. Later as I didn't need this temporarily account anymore I permanently deleted it and now I lost all my Certification Badges connected to Acclaim platform.

Is there any possibility to bring back all these Badges and connect them to my regular Microsoft account? To whom should I contact to provide my Candidate ID, my Certification number and current/or old Microsoft email address?

I totally understand how you feel.

  

I believe that when account deletion has been requested, there will be a prompt asking if you would like to proceed with the account deletion.

 

You mentioned that you received a message that the account will be permanently deleted after 40 days. If the account deletion has been requested on April 2019, this is already beyond 40 days and I am afraid that the account has already been permanently deleted from our database as of this moment.
