Lost my old college email

Hi, I had an old college education email, which I have since lost access to after finishing study. I finished study only *******, and I was wondering if it's at all possible to re-access all my files that were saved on Onedrive? The reason being, all my study material (submitted work etc.) has all been accidently deleted, with a malfunction on my PC whilst wiping a drive - so It's been wiped beyond recovery, and I have no other choice than to try get all my work from my onedrive.

(The hard drive has been scanned with 5 different recovery software's (one of which is a forensics recovery software), and there is 0 documents recoverable.

We’re providing this information because of recent updates to our internal policies.

Unfortunately, we cannot recover or transfer your certificates in this situation. Due to internal security policies, we are unable to help recover accounts where access has been lost, as each user must maintain access to their own credentials.


We currently recommend that users use a personal account to avoid potential issues of losing access to their Learn accounts.

Unfortunately, due to internal policies, we are unable to access your account to change the MSA or export the certification. For future certifications, please create them with a personal profile. We understand that it can be frustrating given the time you have invested, but please be aware that these measures are due to internal security policies.

Alternatively, we encourage you to create an account with a personal email to obtain future certifications.
