I am fully aware of how vital it is to ensure your legal name is correctly updated on your profile to avoid any issues on your exam day. It is my pleasure to assist with this matter.

To proceed, please follow the steps below:


  1. Sign into your Learn profile.

  2. At the top of the page, click on your profile icon and from the dropdown menu select Settings.

  3. Legal Name is displayed as follows in the Personal info, Username, and URL section of Learn Settings as in the following screenshots.

I would like to make sure that I've got you covered. To proceed, please provide us with the additional details requested via the private message I have initiated. Upon receipt, I will take immediate action.

Kindly verify the changes are visible; you may need to wait 24 hours before attempting to register for any exams. In case changes were still not reflecting on your profile after 24 hours, please let me know by replying to this email together with an attached screenshot displaying your entire profile screen with the incorrect information, along with a timestamp via private message so I can continue assisting you.

Additionally, I noticed that you have an upcoming exam appointment on July 17, 2024. To prevent the exam from being revoked or cancelled due to a mismatched name or the Legal Name hasn’t been reflected yet, please follow the steps below to be effectively assisted by our Exams Team and be provided with the best course of action to take.

 

1. Go to https://trainingsupport.microsoft.comclick the "Ask a new question" and enter your inquiry in the box provided.

Note: You may be asked to sign in or create a profile if you haven’t already. 

 

2. Before submitting your question, select the Forum program (Microsoft Credentials), Support Area, then Topic that will best suit your concern:

Alternatively, for immediate help regarding your scheduled exam, I recommend contacting Pearson Vue Support. They have the necessary details about your exam appointment and can help you reschedule it to a more convenient time and date if needed. They usually respond within 3 business days and will open a separate case with a different reference ID to assist you further.
